Investment & Asset Management

Key Accountabilities and Objectives/Results
1. Organize and maintain department’s administration, filing registry, etc. Assist and track budget and workplan preparations.
2. Monitor and track regulations, market news and development trends in real estate sector. Provide updates on real estate trends. Compile market reports and prepare necessary Board papers and presentations.
3. Assist to analyze and evaluate project feasibility, financial models, track its returns and performance. Assist to propose appropriate asset enhancement strategies.
4. Be a team player and committed to delivery of excellent work.

Position Requirement
(a) Minimum
Well-recognized degree in Finance / Investment Management/asset Management/Real Estate/ Economic/Accounting or related subjects.
Excellent Spoken and written Chinese & English
Able to construct financial modeling & analysis using Excel, able to use Powerpoint for presentation
Experience in market analysis
(b) Ideal (if any)
About 1-3 years of experiences in financial management or real estate investment related in multi-national companies
Resourceful,adaptable and meticulous.
Experienced in real estate investment portfolio & practices, especially in Guangdong/China,

Corporate Communications


Key Accountabilities and Objectives/Results
1. Plan, schedule execute PR programs, including corporate image, advertising, press releases, trade shows or seminars, internal and external meetings and events to support Corporate Strategy / PR Strategy and business objectives.
2. Explore and maintain media relations. Write and edit press releases to high standard consistent with company/brand messaging and editorial guidelines
3.Conduct related market/PR/promotional studies, research, analyses to support Corporate plans and crisis PR management.
4. Promote and support business activities/events in line with the company’s mission, objectives and business goals.
5.Establish and maintain related databases, materials, and documentations and ensure regular update of website, wechat, weibo.
6. other tasks assigned by the head of department.
Position Requirement
(a) Minimum
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Communications, Chinese or marketing.
2. 4 -7 years PR, branding, media relations, corporate affairs management experience,
3. Being a good communicator, with excellent writing and editing skills in both Chinese and English languages. Experience in drafting press releases, speeches, organizing press conference, pitching stories to the media.
4. Experience in media relationship management. With full knowledge
5. A good team player, Innovative & creative with can-do attitude, can work under pressure.
(b) Ideal (if any)
including liaisons with government agencies, public and corporations. Experience in multi-national companies preferred.

Industry Development

Key Accountabilities and Objectives/Results
1.To build up and manage the Investment Promotion team;
2.To support the HOD in building pipeline and fulfilling mutually-agreed investment Targets with GDD;
3.To develop SOPs for channel optimization;
4.To build both domestic and overseas channels;
5.To support the HOD in capturing Queen Bees.
6.Any other task or job as assigned by the management within the scope of company’s functions which the assignee should be capable to perform.
Position Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Business or Economics) from recognized university.
2.4 – 10 yrs work experience with exposure to industry;
3.3 yrs international experience at mid- to senior management level;
4.Multi-cultural work exposure;
5.English and Chinese language capability – reading and writing;
6.Investment promotion experience preferably with EDB type of work exposure at the frontline;
7.Has initiative; Innovative; Proactive; Tenacious;
8.Leader who can motivate and lead the team to achieve team’s targets.
Ideal (if any)
1.MBA or Master‘s Degree from recognized university.
2.Knowledge of foreign languages (Japanese, Korean, German, French);
3.Exposure in dealing with Chinese government officials;
4.Strategic thinker.
5.Working in an international real estate consulting firm or a industry research environment with international exposure.
