Mr Ng Kok Siong is currently the CEO of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd, the joint venture company which is the master developer of the Guangzhou Knowledge City project. He was previously the Executive Vice President of Singbridge Corporate Pte Ltd.
Mr Ng has over 20 years of real estate experience in investment, development, asset management and real estate consultancy in Asia Pacific region, particularly in China. He was the Executive Vice President for Asset Management under the Pacific Star Group, an international real estate fund management company based in Singapore.
Prior to joining Pacific Star, he spent eight years in China and was the Managing Director for Ottomen Group of Companies. Ottomen Group is a diversified China-based company with real estate investment, development and consultancy activities in major cities in China. He was also the Executive Director for Cushman & Wakefield PREMAS, and the Regional Director for a subsidiary under CapitaLand Group in China. His earlier experience in Singapore included Head Commercial Property Division of Singapore MRT Ltd. Over the last 10 years, he has been involved in the investment, development, sale, consultancy, asset management and mall management for more than 30 over landmark projects in over 10 cities across China, Hong Kong and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr Chen Changxin’s career experience spans a broad range of functions including production, technology and operations management, business management and human resource management for a number of government and private enterprises.
Mr Chen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from South China University of Technology, China, a Master of Business Management from Jinan University, China, and several qualifications from national certification authorities in engineering, economics and human resource management. Mr Chen also received education in Hong Kong University and Tsinghua University, China.
Mr Ng Hwee Choon had worked in JTC Corporation, EXXONMOBIL, CapitaLand China and JURONG International previously and had held various appointments as GM and CEO for China operation. He has strong expertise and experience in company operations, management, project development, master planning, urban design, construction and management of industrial parks and major infrastructure and private enterprises.
Mr Ng holds a B.Sc Civil Engineering (Hons), Professional Diploma in Business Administration from NUS, M.Sc in International Construction Management from NTU. He is currently a Senior Member of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore and member of its Civil Engineering Technical Committee from 2001 to 2003. Mr Ng had also served in community work and been conferred the Public Service Medal.
Mr. Barton Huang has more than 22 years of professional experience that spans across financial operations, tax and risk management. Barton started his career with Bank of China Huizhou Branch and more recently with CNOOC & Shell Petrochemicals Co., Ltd.
Mr. Huang obtained a Bachelor of English language and literature from Sun Yat-sen University and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
With years of experience in the finance, banking and accounting industry, Ms Lisa Lin has strong technical skills as well as a wealth of experience managing both people and operations. Her work experience includes working for Citibank in Guangzhou and Sydney, United Overseas Bank in Sydney, Australia, and Government Agency in Shenzhen in various fields: Accounting, operations, treasury analysis and risk management etc..
Ms Lin holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sun Yat-sen University in International Accounting and a Master of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from University of Sydney, Australia. She is also a certified member of CPA , Australia.
